Indonesian Language & Culture (ILC)

In Indonesian Language and Culture Program, you will learn how to introduce yourself, tell other people about yourself and your activities, tell other people about how people live in Indonesia, and interact with Indonesian people. You will also learn Indonesian traditional houses and tourism objects, and watch an Indonesian movie. At the end of the program, you will be able to use Indonesian language in a simple conversation, know the culture of Indonesia and perform a short drama using Indonesian.

Lecturers:

Henny Putri Saking Wijaya, MA-ELT

• She has been teaching Indonesian Language for Foreigners (BIPA) since 2012 and assigned to be the coordinator of Indonesian Language and Culture Program since 2017. She has a lot of experiences with international students from South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, China and Thailand who learned Indonesian language in Summer Programs.

Herwindy Maria Tedjaatmadja, MA-ELT

• She has been teaching Indonesian Language for Foreigners since 2012. Her students were from South Korea, Japan, Australia, and Thailand.
